How to become a VIP member?

Spend RM800 and above in store -> eligible to register as VIP member.

What do VIP members get?

Points for every purchase.
*10% OFF normal priced items.
*5% OFF selected sale items.

*Excluding panties and accessories.

Do VIP members get any birthday perks?

Of course; VIP members can enjoy 25% OFF normal priced items on their birthday. :)

Do VIP members receive points?

Yes! RM80 = 1 point

For every RM80 spent in store, you will receive 1 point.

How to redeem the points?

1 point = RM1

You can redeem the points any time! Just visit a store and inform our store assistants. They will happily assist you with the redemption process.

Do the points have expiry date?

Yes, the points expiry date follows and adheres strictly to the member's VIP card expiry date.

*Points cannot be carried forward and strictly no extension will be given.

Do I need to renew my VIP membership?

Yes, every 2 years with a renewal fee of RM10 only.

How do I renew my VIP membership?

If within 2 years after expiry date:
Pay renewal fee RM10.

If after 2 years of expiry date:
Spend RM800 in store to re-enter VIP membership.

Are the VIP perks applicable online?

Unfortunately no at the moment :( . We are working hard to make it possible soon, do stay tuned!

NEUPOINTS

What is NEUPOINTS?

NEUPOINTS is an online reward program that allows you to earn points and utilize it in your next online order to enjoy a discount once you have collected sufficient points. And the sign up is free!

How to earn NEUPOINTS?

Sign up an account. (if you haven’t)
For every RM1 spent on your online order, you will earn 2 points.
For every review you submitted, you will earn 80 points.

How to redeem NEUPOINTS?

Upon check out, spot a small NEUPOINTS checkbox right under the total amount of your order. You may tick the checkbox if you wish to utilize your NEUPOINTS.

How much NEUPOINTS can I redeem in a single order?

You can redeem minimum 2000 NEUPOINTS for RM5 off in a single order.

Where to check my NEUPOINTS balance?

Once signed in, you can click on the NEUPOINTS tab at the top of our homepage. You will be able to monitor your NEUPOINTS for every of your online transaction.

Do NEUPOINTS have expiry date?

Yes, NEUPOINTS are only redeemable within 1 year (12 months) from the date it is credited to your account.

If I return my purchase, will my NEUPOINTS be deducted?

Yes, the NEUPOINTS will be deducted from your account accordingly once we have received and processed your Return Request.

Do I still earn NEUPOINTS if I buy discounted items?

Yes, the NEUPOINTS are calculated based on the total amount of your order.
